This Sunday, CSN’s James Hanson takes on Jamie Stephenson (Fight Lodge Spennymoore) for the Supremacy FC Semi Pro MMA 84kg Title. We just found out about this fight due to a drop out we were made aware of yesterday. Show James your support and come watch him fight at the Federation Breweries in Gateshead this Sunday (May 20th).

This was last weekend. I lost by unanimous decision. I made some silly errors…every round! The guy was a wrestler…I had him backing off on the feet in each round, but each time I got carried away and kept going forward. This resulted in me getting taken down and even thought I worked some sweeps and he spent most of the fight either in my guard or halve-guard…he did dictate where the fight took place and so was judged fairly to be the winner.
Today Im about to set off for another fight at Catterick. Today I feel calmer and more clear on how I should fight. As long as I put a calmer performance in I will do better today.
It’s typical that I pick the 3 hottest weekends of the year to be occupied in-doors, but competing in events like this is what I want to do!

New Re-Brand for my kickboxing club. Brief was to do a coat of arms for a Kickboxing club focused on martlial arts and developing people in whatever their goals. An emphasis on the development of fighters was picked over fitness and health.
I had done the old Fight team logo, I’m not sure at the min how that is going to work now, but this is the new elements.
